I thought I'd add one of my more recent acrylics paintings, to help keep the blog going. It is called Apples, Book and Vase. Painted on mountboard, approx 14 " X 21".
This painting was inspired by the publishing of my daughters', Sudi Pigott, first book. It's called 'How To Be A Better Foodie , A bulging little guide for the truly epicurious'. It was published in the UK last October and a US edition is being published in October. The vase and bowl are based on two of her possessions.
Hope you like it, and look out for the book. If you love food it makes a really good , informative and funny read !
